XRlabs is building the world’s first Surgical Intelligence platform: powering planning, simulation, intraoperative guidance, and device-embedded physical AI across surgical devices and robotics. Our technology spans real-time CV/ML perception, XR surgical planning, and multimodal intraoperative decision support.
We are looking for an exceptional Founder’s Associate to work directly with the CEO across strategy, operations, partnerships, and execution. This is a broad, high-leverage role at the centre of the company where you will help scale the business, shape processes, and solve problems critical to our next stage of growth.
You will act as a force-multiplier to the founding team, switching between strategic work (fundraising prep, partner diligence, data rooms, board materials) and hands-on execution (building decks, drafting collateral, analysing pilots, accelerating operational bottlenecks). You will touch every part of the business: product, research, operations, commercial, clinical, and regulatory.
